Well although I'm down I kind of screwed up and went way over my carbs yesterday. Hubby and I went to dinner. I had a salad and Indian spinach with paneer no rice no naan. We got home and did "our thing" lol...listen to music and blazed through 3 bottles of wine...he did drink more than me this time. We hadn't had a night of acting like 20 year olds in a long time. Didn't get to bed till after 3. Thanks god I wasn't licking my wounds today! I have a side business where I am a wine guide and had a private tasting today and the last thing I wanted was wine after last night. I participated with my group but didn't have an entire pour from the 5 bottles so probably had less than a glass. I haven't had hardly any cards today and have drank tons and tons and tons of water. We will see how my escapades turn out over the next day or two! And truth...was it worth it? Hell yes! Lol
177.4 lb Lost so far: 4.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
