I had a gig Saturday night so that helped with my steps but I still need to step it up to hit my 10,000 a day step goal. I am planning to work out tonight, Wednesday, and Friday of this week plus one additional work out . Drinking my 96 ounces of water a day seems to be paying off. I am staying flushed out and I'm losing the 2 pounds a week asthe program I am on suggested. My wife and daughter are also doing well. My daughter met with the seamstress and she was told she only needs to lose 5 pounds to make the dress look great. My wife said she wants to lose about 15 lbs to feel better. I am shooting for about 30 lbs.
260.6 lb Lost so far: 11.2 lb.    Still to go: 38.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
