need to drink more water...not sure why I haven't lost more weight with my exercise and diet going very well. I'll guess the water first. Then the increase in weights usually causes me to wait a week before I see loss again as I am gaining muscle.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
