1 bowl chef salad lunch
1 tbs ELOO mid meal
2 bowls homemade salad with banana dinner
1 hr eliptical 963 cal
255.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 75.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 7.0 lb a week
