Traveling today. Found it very hard to eat right and use my portion control. Really hate I went over more than 30 % of my RDI...now the sweet stuff really wasn't worth it.
286.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 136.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
