Xmas full on lunch x 2 families, week of ham ham ham (work gave me a 13kg ham lol) and holidays away, all the good/drink that came with that, total indulgence - was totally worth the enjoyment and more determined to get back into it now.
229.5 lb Lost so far: 8.5 lb.    Still to go: 79.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
