Had a short period of stall but now I think it is broken. That may have been caused by a change - I had started eating just cheerios for breakfast...no real protein. I went back to 3 eggs for breakfast with my rye toast. Also I tried to stop eating carbs by 3:30 or 4 p.m. - usually by 4. Yippee. We will see if this keeps up.
250.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 120.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
