Went to see a dietitian last week. She gave me some tips for the after diet as this is the most difficult for me. I'm trying to feel what my body needs are and avoid all those tempatations and envies that crop up every day. Curiously, the first effect is that if I eat more slowly and savour what I eat thus taking more time for each meal, I end up eating less than I normally eat.
She wanted me to not lose more than 500gr before our next meeting but (un)fortunately I've already lost twi thords more than that. She will probably be unpleased... :-)
