I don't understand it. It's been 3 weeks of lifting, already. Where are my bulging biceps and rippling abs? Where is the tight, toned rear and tree stump neck?

I don't get it. 3 whole weeks WASTED.

Not really. Totally kidding. I'm a friggin' Adonis.
202.4 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 2.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
