Heading back down yay!
Going to try to get back on track with recording food entries as well... life has been hectic and overwhelming (emotionally), so I just haven't cared to be perfectly honest... but I am going overseas for the first time in March, so I have a great incentive to lose! Plus, losing a couple pounds again this week after the holidays made me feel great today! I think I can get back on track. :)
I also think I'll write the doctor who inspired me to start losing two years ago... that should help me jump-start again as well!
203.5 lb Lost so far: 15.5 lb.    Still to go: 58.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
