Another drop today, but I am pretty sure it is mostly dehydration. I allowed myself to go a little higher on my carbs yesterday but didn’t go crazy (kept it under 30 and most of the extra carbs were green vegies). My friend’s wife was out of town so we decided to have a ‘guys night out’ yesterday. We went out to a Japanese restaurant for dinner and then out to the pub for drinks/darts (one advantage of the diet I make a perfect designated driver :-)).
Should be a pretty quiet day today. There is snow in the forecast, but I honestly don’t expect it to stick around.
