I've been making and eating cookies for 4 days and haven't done my 8 hour days for the last few, so of course, I'm back up to my high weight. Today I packaged up and sent out cookie packages to several relatives and will package what remains tomorrow for my hubby Bill to get at, but to me, will have an alarm built in to go blaring of I touch one. Then Friday I make cookies again with a couple of friends. It's a mine field out there folks, be brave, say no, and today I'm back to 8.5 hours. Yay! God help me.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.1 lb a week

Oh, speaking of food - when I come down, can we do smoothie lunches? Get some greens and fruit and smoothie away for our lunches?

Oh, by the way Maine, I checked out your about page and absolutely love your mini goal report page. You are rocking it. I see your point. Make them reachable in your mind. Prove it to yourself. I get it. So here goes 179.9...

Thanks Kim!!! I would not say I am rocking it, but I am heading in the right direction again!!! :) ... I should have a decent weigh in for the next FS weigh in this month :).. Holidays are tough, Thanksgiving and Christmas there is a ton of extra food.
