I had started out on this diet doing fairly well. I walked a few times and made sure to keep track of my points. Well I have stopped keeping track of my points, but I do still watch what I eat and try to guesstimate my points. I have not walked in 2 weeks. However, I have been feeling under the weather so that may have something to do with it. I am going to try and go for a walk today regardless of how I feel.
176.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.0 lb a week

Absolutely, go for a walk today. It might make you feel a whole lot better. Once you start walking again, it might make you motivated to get back on plan. Even if you are mentally keeping track, you might be eating more than you think). Good luck!
