I had a really good week but I intend to do even better this week.... At the end of the day the food intake is the most important thing to monitor... Exercise and water comes next....
229.5 lb Lost so far: 18.5 lb.    Still to go: 61.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

I so agree with you about food monitoring, i walked in door today, konrad, felo in my profile pic, was cooking hot dogs, i was starving and bit in2 one without realizing it, but spat it out and toasted 2 slices of cambridge wholemeal and mashed a very small banana on it. lovely. you must be thrilled with weight loss.
