I am doing ok. I have joined fitworks and am determined to get in shape. I work out 60 to 90 minutes a day. thru the end of the year I plan on 5 days a week at a min. I am thinking hard on raising my carb intake to 30.
381.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 186.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

Exercise really helps. If you are comfortable with your rate of loss, then try to increase your carbs, but if you want to lose faster, you may want to cut back. It is up to you.
