I'm so tired of this losing weight shit......gain 3 lbs.....didn't have the means to exercise n started drinking soda again n no water n ate non stomach I'm so disappointed at myself I hate myself right now.....no more if this crap I'm done....
251.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 101.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
gaining 3.0 lb a week

So... are you done dieting, or are you done cheating on your diet? Don't give up - maybe you don't know what needs to be done to lose weight. You should try Weight Watchers - its all laid out in a simple plan, no guessing or anything. Its what I do, and its worked for me - I've lost almost 100 lbs now. You can do it, don't give up on yourself.

I'm tired of both..I don't wanna try something expensive...haven't looked into weight watchers n the price.....

I am looking at your Weight history and I seea trend of losing. Keep going! You don't have to be perfect, just persistant!

There are lots of programs out there that are free and available online. If community support is helpful for you, you're in the right place!! And there are lots of things you can do for exercise that don't involve fancy equipment or gym membership. Just google stuff online, you'll find it. As for types of diets (Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, etc.) there are tons to select from. Just find one that you can be comfortable with, and if you have a rough day, forgive yourself and get back on the wagon. And ya, its TIRING to be at it day after day after day, but one week, you'll step on that scale and go, WHOA, I did it!! Your weight will drop by making lifetime changes (maybe its less pasta, or less bread...) ...Your kids love ya no matter what. Remember to love yourself too.

Sorry you had a bad day. Maybe if you think of what you're doing as changing to healthy habits instead of being on a diet, you might have an easier time of it. Everyone here has had bad days, weeks, etc but we just keep trying and move on. Be nicer to yourself! Keep trying and eating healthy and exercise will become habits!
