I was hoping for 3 or 4, but instead I lost 7. That shouldn't be a surprising amount of weight to lose for the Atkins diet, but I am still impressed anyway.

Good job! It's not unusual to lose lot's of weight during the first part of induction. Mostly water weight, but the scales are going in the right direction.
