Been doing good. Haven't cheated till today. had a couple pieces of candy but, going to get right back to it. Bin running out side 3 miles a day. going to try and get in 4 miles today. try and make up for the candy i ate. wont like the scale tomorrow. But am sure I make it up by monday. pretty sure I can. My goal is to be down to 160 by Friday the 16th. 4.5 lbs in one week going to be hard but going to try by best.
164.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 14.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Eating sugar while on Atkins is dangerous. It takes 3-5 days for your body to go back into ketosis. Everyone is different. Just get back on. Good luck!
