Losing weight isn't a linear line. It's more like a roller coaster with lot's of ups and downs. Many things factor in to weight loss, not just food and exercise. Genetics plays a roll. If you are sick, medications, hormones etc. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight in to water weight gain. Our bodies are made of 60% water so many things can make our weight fluctuate daily. If you ate too much salt yesterday, it can show on the scale today. Sore muscles retain water temporarily and can show on the scale as a gain, no loss, small loss, etc. How much muscle your body has also plays an important role. The more muscle you build the more calories your body burns at rest, the easier it is to lose eight (hence why men lose quicker than women). Consistency is very important in weight loss. Just stick with it. You will see the results on the scale or in your clothes or somewhere. I have even lost weight in my feet. Patience and persistence will get you to goal.
