Maybe it's the exercise kicking in or maybe it's just starting this new part time job. OR maybe it was the pattern where I ate less one day then ate a bunch the next day...though I doubt that had anything to do with anything. No working out this week or formula.
253.5 lb Lost so far: 16.5 lb.    Still to go: 78.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
