I began my Dukan diet on the 3rd January and have been on Phase one till yesterday. I had my first protein and vegetable day today. I began at 9st 6lbs and I am now 9st 4lbs. Target weight is 8st 10lbs.
130.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
