Well i weighed in today...didn't go down as much as i taught...with all the working out all week...lost .2 what's up with that...oh well back to the gym this week..i am going to look at as a little stepping stone....LOL
158.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week

I'm sure its because your gaining muscle, and it weighs more that fat. Your doing great.
