Worked all week to drop what I gained with my cheat weekend and surprised all the beer, bread, pasta and Halloween candy didn't gain more but it certainly prevented any real weight loss this week. Goal - no cheat weekend. Ordered magic bullet to simplify protein shake and mashed veggie/cauli production, cheese sauce etc... Side note: VERY disappointed in the Quest bars - how do people eat those things? They literally taste like old alcohol/vodka ugh. I bought like 8 bars, tried 2 flavors and literally threw them out after 2 bites. Quest PB protein powder quite good though. Can't wait for the day I can add in some frozen banana to that shake. As always, need more meal prepping for bfast and lunch for week.
