I haven't worked out with weights for 1.5 weeks. My p90x discs were scratched (both Bi and back as well as shoulder chest and tri) Will either use the guide tonite or do chest and back tonight. Hopefull weight will go up with out body fat rising. Body fat is well under 15%, just want to add more muscle.
149.3 lb Lost so far: 17.7 lb.    Still to go: 2.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
