ok so now I am getting mad!~ They have me on the wrong plan again...I finally got them to put me back on my old plan that I was losing weight with! I WILL not work out at all this week and see if that makes a diff. It just stinks that I was so close and now I just keep going in the other direction. I sure hope that things change soon! Thinking about taking a diet pill....any ideas on that?

Diet pills may help you lose weight temporarily, but you will most likely gain it back shortly after you lose it. Stick with changing your foods and exercise. You don't have much left to lose, and these last few pounds are going to be the hardest to get rid of. If you were losing on your other plan, good thing you are back on it. Some of the centers don't seem to be too in to putting people back on the old plans. Pick an exercise routine that you can see yourself doing for a long time to come, on a regular basis, and then work the diet around that. You shouldn't have to cut back on your workouts, if you plan on continuing them in the future. I had to cut mine back because I know that I won't be working out 60 minutes a day, five days a week, if I wasn't dieting. Three to four days is more likely for me. I am making the diet work for me at three to four days working out. Good luck with everything, and I really hope that the change in diet is helping.

Have you lost inches? Your body composition may just be changing. If you are a smaller size, I would not be so fixated on the number on the scale.
