Steady at 183. I know I have to keep at it and slow and steady is the way. In one week looking to have lost at least 1lb. Thank you Lord for my progress!!!!
183.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
