I did pretty good today. I went just over the 20 carb limit, but for day one I consider it a success. I won't have the walnuts again - that should get me back down under 20 carbs.

Thank you all for motivating me. After work I checked in here and saw how much exercise you all did, so I went for a walk! Great Effort you guys!
159.4 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 7.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
