I was very happy to weigh today. (It's a first)
I only did it because my pants were sliding down and realized I may have dropped a little more weight.

I'm gonna start giving my clothes away so I have no choice but to wear the clothes I have in my closet.

I'm kind of excited!
216.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I remember my friend giving me all her 12's a few years ago and she was a 9..Wish it had been motivation to get it off at the time lol.. Im glad you will be on the giving end of larger clothes and not the recieving ! Best of luck today on feb 2! Bless

No worries on that! I have been size 7 up to 22 with my last kid; my kid is now 9 yrs old. Im in a size 14 (really tight) but a 16 is too big. So, i'm in the "in between'. We can do this! We just need to focus. Here comes the summer!

I so want to be a diva this summer . I went online today and looked up all these cute clothes for motivation. One that caught my eye was a really cute denim jumpsuit , shorts came midway thigh. It was really hot! I can see myself in them now with some killer shoes lol. Summer is the absolute worse time to be a big girl . Ahhh going to try to do 30 minutes tonight I just have to!!! I bet you will be sliding in a 14 with ease in the next few weeks , looks like you are having really great progress!!

I'm trying so hard to fight my hunger, it's not easy but right now im seeing results so I am really pushing. I know I will get to a point where I wont see anything and plateau. I've been there many a time. I think this web site is really working for me because I am tracking all my food & all calories burned (including the resting calories). i just want to be able to stick with this routine for 30 days and then it will be a habit then after 90 days I will know my portion sizes and then at 6 months I can look back and see why I lost or gained weight. You will be a great diva in the summer! Just stick with it there is no other option but to lose weight, if you excerize and stay within the recommended cal intake for you. You can do it!
