I went on vacation - wasn't watching calories OR working out - but somehow I didn't gain! YEA!!! Ok, I'm back on it and hop to be 170 w/in 18 days for my trip to MX!! Let's see if I can do it.
186.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
