Loki's Journal, 04 November 2007

I'm amazed that I can eat this much food and still lose weight . . . I didn't miss any snacks and I ate the meals similar to those outlined in the book. I did NOT skip the 2 weeks of exercises . . . I just did a minimum of repetitions to start out with. I lost 3 pounds this week and I'm already dressed in my exercise gear and ready to start another week. I have tons of energy! I'm becoming an Abs Diet Junky!
271.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

It's so good to hear positive results!! Good for you!!! I start it tomorrow---my nephew got me interested after he lost over 40 lbs. and still swears by it! 3 lbs. in your first week is awesome and to know you're not hungry is promising to me!! Keep it up!

Not hungry at all . . . full most of the time and actually SURPRISED that I could eat this much and still lose weight. I know everybody says that . . . but I was pleasantly surprised. I'm looking for a little more variety this week so I'm checking out recipes on this site today. I made a chicken dish last night (it was coated in bran flakes and quite crunchy and yummy). Good luck!
