Busy wife and mom of 2 boys. Lost 30 lbs. with Weight Watchers--kept it off for 2 years...slowly it found me again! Kids' activities have sidelined my exercising. Need to get back to where I felt GREAT! Trying the trusted WW again although I hate counting points! Hoping to go on vacation this summer and not cringe at the photos! :)

Starter Tips

Any suggestions for starting out? Beverages to drink? Also, I read book and didn't see that I needed to measure myself in inches....has anyone found this to be helpful? I know when I did Weight Watchers, I took measurements and even though there were weeks I didn't lose POUNDS, i lost inches....
Whole grain bread---is wheat bread ok?
I'm a newbie....will take any helpful tips, recipes, ideas...Very Happy
