been away awhile food has been easy.i think i am finally back to the workout mindset,which i knew would always be my problem.i have worked out 3 times now since i stopped about a month ago.maybe it will help with some of the home life stress.i would like to weigh 170 by the end of feb.not doing any challenges or recording anything cuz i just dont get the time on here as much as i used to.dont give up.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week
