Scale says my starting weight is 186. Ready-Set-Go! TOWANDA!!! Romancing about food today, I suppose it is the reward mentality for the Monday Blues?
186.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 46.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
