Oh my goodness, I was with my father this week and saw where I get my sweet tooth from. It was an awful mess.Getting slowly back on the wagon and thought my gain admission would be a good place to start.

187.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 32.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

gaining 1.8 lb a week

Sadly, at his age, that stuff is even worse for him than for us and I doubt he would even consider giving it up. Ugh.
