Starting P90X and FS Diet again. Today is Day 1, Week 1 for P90X and Day 1 Phase 1 of FS Diet. After completing 90 days and losing 20 pounds in May 2011, I find myself in the same position I was in when I started the program in March. Only this time I am beginning with 10 extra pounds to lose!! I have had a revelation that what needs to change is my western mentality towards food!! So yes, I am beginning the same program again, however this time the goal is not 90 days of healthy eating and exercise but 364 days!! I know it will not be easy but I believe with God all things are possible.
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 49.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
