Day 10 of detox! All good. 4 1/2 pounds gone. I only had a bit of rice and oatmeal but no wheat, trace sugars but over all no real sweet sweets. I had a bit of a dehydration issue last night after my walk so learned my lesson there. It was achy thighs. Not exactly cramps but almost. Anyway, after lots of water and a good nights sleep, I feel great. I'm staying wheat and sugar free with the occasional rice now. Woohoo!
184.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

I would imagine cravings let up by day 10 as with sugar detox, but let me know. Cool weather is on the way too.

Way to go buddy!!! I'm a few days ahead of you & starting to feel better each day!! Down 9 lbs & stuck there for a few days. A little flux up & down!! Keep up the good work!!!

If you get crampy, increase the salt intake. As the glycogen leaves, you can lose electrolytes. Especially if you're drinking lots of water. It can flush the electrolytes as well as the fat/

Yup, thanks everyone. Mskestrela thanks for the salt tip, I did increase my sprinkle tonight. and Kristin, the cravings disappeared on day 3! I haven't had cravings at all. Feelin' good.
