Against my own advice I'm going to weigh in every day for a week or two just to observe the fluctuations. Down another pound this morning from yesterday according to the scale... I can live with that😄!
188.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 18.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Sometimes daily weigh ins are the only way to keep you accountable, but the wild fluctuations can mess with your mind if the number on the scale means that much to a person. I have witnessed crazy ups and downs, but realize they level off as quickly as they spike or drop. good luck! NICE Loss!
