Once again I am starting all over again. Now my husband has been diagnosed as pre-diabetic, so all the more reason to jump back on the LCHF lifestyle. I know what to eat and what not to eat on LCHF, but I get bore and I get lazy. It is so much easier to just eat some prepackaged crap. Need to read my low carb cookbooks and do some cooking this week.
189.6 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 44.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.3 lb a week

Welcome back. It does help to have a good cookbook to keep from getting bored.

yep...Google that LCHF / KETO ! I have printed probably 6-7 reams of paper! I know that we have 8 3" notebooks filled, and several other manila envelopes and stacks not in books yet! More than I can cook! Haven't tried all yet but am working on it! After 7 months of practice, It just gets easier and easier!
