Today is day 3 of the no grain no sugar Wheat Belly diet I'm on. I know its up a bit but I have no worries. I know this is a good plan for me.
187.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 32.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 5.6 lb a week

You're going to be amazed at how good you feel about day 5! It takes a few days to get all the toxins worked out of the cells, but, boy, when you do...wheee!

To avoid diabetes i am attempting to change not only my diet by lowering carb/calorie intake and other dieting criteria but also my lifestyle. i am introducing moderate exercise activity into daily routine.

Later on day three, I'll say I'm feeling much better and actually walked about 3 miles with my daughter today. I am eating incredibly. A bit harder to keep exact track of the unusual foods I'm eating, but I feel good about it. I did want to say to Notmenotmenotme, YES! And, can we be buddies?
