Everybody's an expert! First weekend with the family since starting the diet, and although everyone said I looked much better... they all proceeded to lecture me on what I should or should not be doing - You should be drinking red wine every night, as long as you use the bike you can eat what you want, go on have some dessert it won't hurt, you should be taking this suppliment, or that to speed up you metabolism.... they all mean well I know, but I didn't get overweight because of lack of education - I was just lazy!... and I don't want to take any diet pills because I've tried that in the past and they don't work. The appetite suppresants just make you feel sick all day, and the ones that supposedly speed up your metabolism just increase your body temperature and make you run hot. They are not healthy!

Anyway, I had a couple of great walks over the mountains and onto the the beach so that was worth putting up with the "ear-bashing".

Hope everyone else is doing well...
319.0 lb Lost so far: 33.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

LOL! that's the same with my family too...probably why we're fat, they annoy us to death and because we cannot eat our families (as occurs sometimes in nature LOL) we turn to junk food LOLOL! Good for you for walking it off in beautiful surroundings! If it's any consolation, i have a sister who CONSTANTLY tells me what to do/not do and she has had bulimia (is fine now thank god) and recently lipo so to be quite honest, i have a hard time taking advice from people who are not really living the example. Move more Eat less that's the only secret :D And it's better to be healthy than skinny.
