Doctor's appointment woke me up. I have to drink water to keep my weight in check. Too many bad choices this summer. I feel bloated and tired. I want to feel energetic again. Time to move every day not just gig days. NO MORE EXCUSES!
259.6 lb Lost so far: 12.2 lb.    Still to go: 37.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.9 lb a week

Summer diet blues. I get them every year. But September through December are great months to be outdoors and moving again. Best wishes for continued success.

You can do it! I started swimming and an Aquatic Boot Camp Class (which kick my butt). I love the water it's so much easier on my knees and all my joints.
