Graceful creature that I am, I fell down the my stairs two weeks ago. I managed to fracture my tailbone. So, a couple of days on painkillers and countless jokes about me breaking my butt...it's been a blast. I am still achey, and will be for quite some time. It's one of those injuries that will linger and hurt and you just have to learn to deal. Wee, what fun!

The good news is that I have managed to join a gym. I had my first meeting with a trainer this morning and unfortunately we had to cut it short so that I could scoot to work, but we will finish what we started on Monday. I am determined not to let this little ride down the stairs screw up my plans to get active and healthly.

I fall down stairs in my life, in general. I can't tell you how many times I've fallen down stairs. Once in front of half the football team in high school. Once as I made my way down stairs to my own party. It is sort of "my thing" but fortunately I've not broken anything yet. I just wanted you to know it happens. Take care!

YIKES! I too am familiar to falling, falling and falling. I've sprained my ankles and knees too many times to count. My most recent fall wasn't that bad until the docs told me I'd given myself whip lash to my neck and back! I feel for ya! Great spirit! :)
