Been 2 months at the same weight which right now that is what I am hoping for. Once my daughter finds a house and her and the grandkids move out I will hit it hardcore again, but with them living with me I am sorry I just can't. This is the 3rd year they have lived with me and in that time I have lost exactly nothing and I have gained 10 pounds. Once they move out I can worry about me again and my stress will go down and I will eat for just me again.
