I shake my head in shame. I have let myself believe that I am invincible to the world of food. Over the past month I have adapted a mentality of, "I can have this today, because I haven't had it in a long time." Then today turns into tomorrow as well, and the next day. I know what my problem is. I have been a little lazy and accepted "fast food" again as an ok meal. It went from once in a long time, to three times a week. It is going to stop now. I was 254 a month ago, and I just ruined all that I did. My scale shows an increase in weight and body fat. It's a combination of the poor food choices that I have been making and not logging. It seems that I cannot let up on the reigns of being strict. When I do, it's when I stray. And going back to where I was is not an option. Today is a new day!! Let's do this people!!!! Have a great day everyone.

I so, so understand this struggle. I'm just breaching being where I want, so I totally fear the will power slippery slope back to fat me. My coworker has also recently lost weight and I see him starting to backslide, so that kind of helps keep me more strict. Best of luck to you, as long as you're conscientious of the process, you'll be fine!
