Motivated's Journal, 25 October 2007

Week 2 of 3rd 6 wks, Still success, 137.6, body fat 36.5, musc mass 82.8, ketones trace, 45 min level 7 elipticle.

Breakfast atkins bar, coffee w half and half, lunch salad w chicken and blue cheese dressing, diet coke, dinner chicken, green beans and mushrooms, glass chardonnay, choc covered vanilla low carb ice cream bar.

No coffee this morning b/c I'm having blood work---UGH!!!
137.6 lb Lost so far: 21.2 lb.    Still to go: 2.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 5.6 lb a week

Are you doing anything in addition to the diet? Exercise? Pills? Just curious. You're doing great!

Yes, I spend 45-65 minutes on my ellipticle trainer as many days as my travel schedule allows. I have gotten away from it but I also used to do weights for an hour 2-3 x/wk. I do a lot of little things that I can tell you about as you get into the diet. No pills--I want this to be a lifetime endeavor and am not really in a big hurry to get there. Good luck with your program.
