It never ceases to amaze me that I have to rediscover that there is no secret way to lose weight - no magic pill, just common sense. The only thing I am doing is not eating ANY snacks ... no sugar, average carbs (no seconds) and smaller portions ... the same way that I lost 60 pounds a year ago. I gained back 29 because of my fear of going low in diabetes (humalog was new for me) but I am not afraid anymore and I am not going to eat to keep from going low. :)
