Still working on getting back into my Zone. One day at a time. Goal is to step up my exercise and learning to relax without food being a key component of relaxing.
ideas for relaxing ???

knitting, writing, a after dinner walk in the neighborhood, editing my photos?
167.0 lb Lost so far: 65.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.1 lb a week

Have you ever tried guided meditation? There are plenty online. I use the free ones that aren't trying to sell something. Some are better than others, but I am really starting to enjoy them. Some are very short (5 min) some are long (1+ hours). Finding a guide you can identify with is key. Some voices are more soothing than others, but it is fun to investigate. I always feel relaxed and pampered afterwards. A plus is that it is an activity that doesn't make me hungry and stress relief is great for weight loss.
