once you fall off track, it's so hard to get back on.
219.8 lb Lost so far: 31.2 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

Getting back on track is really the entire secret to success. Don't let a little slip (or several little slips!) throw you off course entirely.

You have done it before so I'm pretty sure you will do it again! You just have to continue and get back on track😊

totally agree Izzy, never give up on yourself, just get back up and continue your progress. A slip is not irreversible, maybe check what made you slip and next time you'll be more prepared to resist it
