I'm so excited!! Yesterday I weighed in at 190 and today at 175.5 - this is so cool!! I followed everything yesterday, ate right had THE BEST gym session ever! Met a personal trainer who wants to support me - and help my on my 21 day challenge - I'm on my way to go take her aqua arobics swim in must a bit! I'm feeling so good. Even wok up early today w/ energy... one day to get back in the game, i'm telling you - one day, and it feels amazing. You really can do i. I really can do it!
