Starting my weigh in this morning at 210.2 - only 98 days until my surgery & hoping to lose 20-30 lbs before then. I'm feeling very motivated & very focused.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 17.8 lb.    Still to go: 35.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
